Regarding Healthy Eating classes: the content of the classes will be aimed at individuals who wish to learn more about nutrition education and healthy eating. All the topics covered will be based on reviews and consensus established by current scientific literature, translated into a language accessible to all. Regarding the classes of Nutrition / Dietetics / Sports Nutrition / Sports Supplementation: the content of the classes will be destined to students of the health area, professionals and enthusiasts. Through accessible language, the themes will be deepened in the light of current scientific literature. The program content will be determined at the beginning of classes, in an individualized way.
