About Valerie
I’m Valérie, a qualified Sophrologist based in Conwy, North Wales. I discovered Sophrology through my own interest in finding practical ways to manage stress and feel more at ease, and I’ve been practising since 2015.
Over the years, I’ve developed a particular interest in supporting people living with tinnitus. I understand how frustrating it can be when a sound you cannot switch off begins to affect your sleep, concentration, confidence or enjoyment of everyday life.
I’m naturally warm, calm and curious, and I really value creating a space where people feel heard rather than judged. My aim is to help you discover practical ways of relating differently to what you are experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are completely new to Sophrology or have tried relaxation techniques before, you are very welcome.

I offer personalised Sophrology sessions for people experiencing tinnitus, stress, overwhelm and difficulties switching off or sleeping.
My specialist focus is tinnitus support. Together, we explore practical techniques that can help you feel calmer, reduce the impact of tinnitus and feel more comfortable in everyday life.
Sessions may include breathing, gentle movement, relaxation, body awareness, visualisation and attention exercises. I adapt each session to you, your needs and how you are feeling on the day.
I have been practising Sophrology since 2015 and have undertaken additional training specifically focused on tinnitus. My approach is warm, practical and non-judgemental, giving you techniques you can continue to use between sessions.
Most importantly, I want you to feel listened to, understood and comfortable being yourself. There is no pressure to do things perfectly. We simply take the time to find what feels helpful for you.
