I incorporate peer-to-peer learning into my classes. I encourage students to collaborate, share their knowledge, and learn from each other. Group projects and coding challenges create an environment where students not only learn from me but also from their peers, fostering teamwork and collaboration. I believe in continuous assessment and feedback. Regular coding assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations help me gauge students' progress and identify areas that need reinforcement.
