I incorporate peer-to-peer learning into my classes. I encourage students to collaborate, share their knowledge, and learn from each other. I believe in continuous assessment and feedback. Regular coding assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations help me gauge students' progress and identify areas that need reinforcement.
