Hi, I’m Aliza. I am an HCPC-licensed physiotherapist and a researcher at UOB, bringing medical-level safety and professionalism to your fitness routine. With a year of coaching experience, I specialise in creating structured, injury-free programmes for beginners and prenatal/postnatal clients. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate and postgraduate exercise science researcher with one year of coaching experience, I provide a direct, science-backed approach to fitness focused entirely on proper form and injury prevention. My 60-minute sessions combine cardio and personalised strength training, making them ideal for complete beginners, expectant or new mothers, and injury-conscious adults of all ages. Instead of generic, exhausting workouts, my teaching style is supportive and educational, tailoring every movement to your current mobility and fitness levels so you can build long-term strength and confidence safely.
