About Saji
I'm a dedicated gym-goer who trains 5–6 days a week, with a real passion for fitness and pushing physical limits. I’m currently working towards my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (to be completed this year) and my Level 3 Personal Training qualification by the end of next year. Although I’m not yet certified, I’ve spent the past year mentoring friends and family, helping them improve their strength, fitness, and confidence in the gym. I understand what it’s like to start from scratch, and I’m here to support others in the way I wish I had when I began. I am a sport and exercise student as well so I know my stuff and I know the correct way to (science based) to lift and not to lift and train.

My personal training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s building muscle, losing fat, improving fitness, or just getting started in the gym. Each session is designed to challenge you, build your confidence, and keep you progressing safely and effectively. Sessions typically last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on your goals, experience, and preference. I focus on proper form, structured programming, and consistent motivation to help you stay on track. Whether you’re completely new or looking to break through a plateau, I’ll support you every step of the way with energy, knowledge, and accountability.
