About Vivian
Presentation
Since I was little, I have been a real passionate about sports and especially outdoor sports activities, which is why I have been a sports coach for all audiences (children, teenagers, adults and seniors) for a long time. little over 11 years old.
Throughout these years I have had the pleasure of training athletes and beginners alike in the open air and in sports halls.

Methodology
The method begins with an assessment of the student's goals, biotype, time available for training and preference for certain types of physical activity.
We let's set goals together, and every two months I assess the student, helping him find the best way to combine sports activities with well-being and health!
Following this we start with a period of adaptation, in which I add a greater and moderate degree of difficulty to each workout.
My workouts include functional activities (free weights and body weights), outdoor activities (outdoor running and running).
The workouts are also punctuated by sessions of HIIT, Cardio, Core and training techniques interspersed with high and low frequency, of which I am a real adept.
Through these different techniques I will have the pleasure to accompany you in your d personal or collective approaches to improve your form, stamina, posture and health. I also give a lot of advice on healthy eating and nutrition.
Classes can be face-to-face or online (individual or in small groups of up to 6 people).
I will be so happy to train and always motivate you with a smile, good humor and Brazilian music, my country of origin!

Perfect! Vivian est une excellente prof! elle adapte ses cours en fonction des niveaux, se rend disponible via Zoom en cas de déplacement et a toujours le mot qu'il faut pour nous garder motivés ! Je ne peux que recommander vivement Vivian et ses programmes.
