About Sam
I have a degree in Sports Coaching and Rehabilitation and I am qualified in Sports Massage. I studied PE at GCSE and A Level, alongside competing at the national level in volleyball and rowing as an U18. Since graduating university, I have focused my efforts towards rowing and I am now training with the GB rowing team working towards the Paris Olympic Games in 2024.
Whether you are male, female or other, I can help you! I can construct both short term & long term training plans and set achievable goals along the way.
In the past I have worked with rising sports stars as well as people who were simply looking to improve their fitness and physique.
I have a range of coaching experience from teaching Tag Rugby in Zambia to Rowing Coaching at Oxford University and have worked closely with both teenagers and adults to fulfil their sporting aspirations and goals.
