About Umair
I am not a professional personal trainer, and this is because I simply have not done the course. However, I have a LOT of knowledge in this sector and this can be seen from the way I transformed my body. I've trained many people with amazing results. I have also competed in boxing for four years, since I'm not a professional, I'd charge less, take advantage of this before I decide to do my personal training course and my prices will go higher!

Great session. Umair is really knowledgable and trains in a way personalised way that most trainers couldn’t match. His private home gym is perfect to train in also. He also gives really good advice in things like nutrition, supplements, daily habits etc. definitely recommend
