As a tutor, Torey Cole helps students develop their authentic comedic voice, write tighter jokes, and gain confidence performing in front of an audience. She focuses on practical skills—joke structure, act-outs, timing, crowd awareness, and stage presence—while also teaching how to turn personal experiences into funny, relatable material. Torey’s approach is supportive, honest, and hands-on, making her especially helpful for beginners or performers looking to level up, feel less intimidated by the stage, and actually enjoy the process of doing stand-up. Torey brings over six years of experience and a strong resume of having performed at over 40+ comedy clubs all over the country. She also manages a club in New York City and produces many shows.
