About Arti
Welcome to my profile. I am a Level I Certified Kundalini YogaTeacher (KRI), during the Level II Kundalini Yoga teacher training course.
I have completed numerous courses and workshops under the supervision of international teachers.
I believe in the power of Kundalini Yoga as a catalyst for transformation and the key to unlocking your highest potential. As a supporter of a holistic approach, I lead individuals to self-discovery, connection with their own intuition and manifesting the life of their dreams. I am passionate about man, his soul and mind. I am interested in linguistic hypnosis and guided meditations, which I will also be happy to include in the program of classes and workshops.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice that has roots in ancient Indian traditions. This is the most mystical form of yoga, also called the yoga of consciousness. It affects the body, mind and soul through a combination of asanas (body positions), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and mantras. Classes are tailored to your needs, regardless of your level of advancement. You will experience deep relaxation, improve body flexibility and increase self-awareness.

The first free lesson is an online consultation designed to learn and understand your needs in order to tailor individual practices.
Regular lesson:
We start with a warm-up and then move on to Kriya, which each time covers new aspects of health and well-being.
Relaxing to the sounds of singing bowls and bells will allow you to rest on all levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. Meditation will balance the cerebral hemispheres, opening the door to deep insight and intuitive wisdom.
