About Chaamu
I am a wellness coach and counsellor with over 5 years of experience in yoga, fitness, and mindfulness practices. I work with homemakers and working women to help them manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and create a balanced and confident life. My approach focuses on holistic wellness, combining mind and body practices to support mental clarity, strength, and personal growth. I provide a safe and supportive space where women can openly share, heal, and move forward with confidence.
