About Clare
I'm a Holistic Therapist, Guide and Teacher in the Mystery School tradition. I have run several webinars, training circles, Kids Yoga sessions and on line zoom training. With 5 years teaching experience I'm working with a new programme to help with Stress and after struggling my self after bereavement I developed this programme to spread help to others.

My lessons are from 17 years of experience of Holistic Care dealing with people and stress,healing development and relaxing more.
You will gain tools such as a colour manual, Crystals, Oils, Message cards.
It gives you tools to learn meditation and breathwork and self soothing techniques.
You gain a system you can go on to teach others. Available on line or on Zoom.
