Hi! I’m Alexandra, Founder of Successful Swimming and I LOVE a swimming problem.
This isn’t a side gig to me; it’s my passion, my career, and I’ll stop at nothing to find the solution.

Every lesson starts with an assessment to understand the strengths, weaknesses and goals for the individual.
From there, I build a personalised swim plan and apply it through engaging, targeted coaching, with lots of laughs along the way!
No cookie-cutter lesson plans given to groups, No large group lessons where the swimmer gets lost.

Perfect! Alexandra and Jordan have been absolutely brilliant with our children, Sofia age 8 and Arnie age 5. They are patient, encouraging, and fantastic at adapting lessons to suit each child’s age, confidence, and ability. Both kids have made incredible progress while having lots of fun. We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication, we highly recommend them to any family looking for exceptional swim teachers.

Both Arnie and Sofia are fast learners, they take everything onboard and are really funny to hang out with, too.
To be honest, they have quickly become a highlight of my week, week on week.
Sofia's freestyle is so beautiful and near-perfect, after months of hard work, I can barely believe it myself.
And Arnie, while only 5 (4 when we met) is not far behind Sofia in both distance swum and in his freestyle technique - having already sustained 15-20m at a time with his side breathing beginning to develop.
What I love even more than their progress and how willing they are to give everything a go, is the family themself - Mum, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa come to their lessons, they cheer them on every week and you can see how much the kids thrive when they have their whole family there - the support is unquestionable and I believe has a direct correlation to their success.
Everyone makes me feel really welcome and I would recommend this family to any tutor in any subject.
Perfect! Wow! Myself and my boys (3 years and 10 months) are delighted to have found Alex. We had our first lesson today and both Alex and her second coach Jordan were incredibly patient, thoughtful and professional. My 3 year old has a real fear of water and Alex and Jordan were able to build his confidence enough to get him into the water and smiling in less than 30 minutes. We have a long way to go but I have no doubts that my boys will be enjoying the water this summer.

Perfect! Alexandra was incredible! We got into it immediately, she was structured, precise, encouraging, and trustworthy - I felt very safe. I enjoyed the complimentary first meeting, so that we could both assess if it would be a mutually good fit. Her methods were educational and effective. Already in our first session, I have learnt so many new foundational swimming techniques. I am excited knowing I will be able to ocean swim confidently soon!

Alexandra is so full of life and enthusiasm, and just so good at what she does, she’s helped my children immensely from a whole state away! My children both had minimal confidence in the water before we had the pleasure of working with Alexandra and now their confidence is building with every session. Both my children were too scared to come off the step in our pool, but now they swim from edge to edge. I’m so beyond grateful for the help and support we’ve had while working with Alexandra, she truly is one of a kind.
Alex is fun, engaging, and an excellent instructor who makes every lesson enjoyable. She creates a safe, supportive environment in the pool, helping my daughter feel confident and comfortable in the water. =)
Alex has been the best teacher of swim lessons, my kids have learnt more about water safety in one session than over months at the previous swim school!

I hated swimming as a kid because my teacher made it intense and confusing, but as an adult Alex taught me how to go from struggling thought 25m to swimming 2ks without stopping!
