About Anwesha
I’m a trained Indian Classical singer since I was 6. I’m also proficient in singing other western genres like rock, pop, blues and some English and Scottish folk. I’m presently doing by masters in Music performance from the University of Salford and I’m specialising on Ethnomusicological and Fusion performances.

My teaching module includes a very selective range of vocal techniques from some of the oldest and best known musical cultures in the world, primarily Indian classical, Western vocal lessons (for exercising the head voice and building a steady sense of rhythm and melody) and a bit of Arabic musical training.
