Being a teacher is difficult. Not just because you should be able to ensure that the student is grasping whatever is being taught but also recognise and understand the student's abilities and capabilities so you can better relate to them and know exactly how much push a child needs so he/she is performing their best at the end of the day.
I understand that and I put all of my efforts to make sure my student is not only performing good academically but also having some sort of personality development/personal growth so it may help them become a better version of themselves overall.
