A typical lesson lasts about 60 minutes. This duration is optimal for maintaining focus and ensuring productive learning without causing fatigue. For more intensive subjects or exam preparation, sessions can be extended to 90 or 120 minutes. Short breaks are incorporated into longer sessions to keep the mind fresh and attentive.
