About Maria
I studied sports and exercise science, got a level 3 personal training certification, a sports massage therapy level 3. I used to be an elite swimmer and dancer. I love sports in general. Come from Cyprus and I speak both Greek and English fluent. I am currently undertaking my pwn qualifications, level 3 exercise referral, level 4 lower back management pain and a diploma in nutrition.
