About Luis
I am a technician in kitchen management and sommelier. In recent years I have been trained and focused on sommelier and wine, my great passion. I have worked as a cooking and dining room teacher for 2 years, as a cook and sommelier in several restaurants and wineries. Since 2018 I am dedicated to wine sales, private tastings and consulting for restaurants and wineries.
