About Xenia
Hello, my name is Xenia, a senior academic counselor specializing in academic coaching and counseling for Asian students currently studying under the OSSD or other high school system in Canada. My expertise lies in education consulting and student advising. I excel at engaging with and motivating students as they navigate various academic programs and discover their strengths. I believe in helping each student identify their unique spark and empowering them to leverage it toward achieving successful admission to their dream university.

As an experienced Education Consultant, I support students and young professionals from Asia in navigating international education, skill-building, and long-term planning. I keep an open mind when working with individuals, in helping them identify their unique strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s choosing the right academic program, applying for a degree, or aligning education with career and migration goals, I guide clients to make well-informed decisions that fit both their aspirations and realities. Beyond individual support, I also work with overseas universities, high schools, and fellow consultants to connect quality programs with the right audiences. Strategic partnerships and mutual growth are a key part of my work. Graduated from the University of Hong Kong, I’ve lived, studied, and volunteered across Asia and Europe. Now based in Toronto, I’m currently pursuing Master of Education at the University of Toronto. This blend of global experience and Canadian education gives me a unique perspective in supporting students and professionals navigating international transitions. I have helped over 150 students successfully admit in their dream university, ranging from University of Toronto, UBC, York University, McGill University, University of Alberta, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Sydney, The London School of Economics and Political Science etc
