About Vinita
I am from telecom industry. Worked with leading companies like Aitel and Vodafone as team leader in quality and training department. Later switched to teaching as I saw and felt kids these days are struggling with particularly with Hindi language. I want them to go with ease. I want kids to study happily and willingly.

I start with the areas of improvement and then start with school textbook. For me understanding the concepts is more important. I make child familiar and comfortable with the language so that he/she gets interested in the subject. I believe in reward the right not punish the wrong.
