About Shaun
I come from a scientific background with an education in biology, health and nutrition, personal fitness and sports-science.
I've been studying how to maximise the effects of puberty for 11 years, and how to induce growth and maximise height potential post-puberty for just as long.
I have applied my knowledge to my own life and have grown from 5'7 to 6'0 from ages 18 to 29.
If you are still going through puberty, I can help you grow more. I can make you taller than your natural height. If you have finished puberty, I can still help you grow, albeit not as much. But even post puberty 2 inches standing height is reasonably achievable for most people. The spine and ligaments and wondrous things.

My teaching method is very simple. I will treat everything as a casual conversation. A discussion. But I will relay vital information in clear, easy to understand terms, and be sure to reiterate until it is ingrained.
I'll provide scientific data, as well as anecdotal data. I'll provide notes and encourage you to make your own.
I possess a wealth of knowledge but am easily able to distill it down into easily digestible forms.
Questions are welcome at absolutely any point and will be rewarded with accurate and informative answers.
I like to operate under the law of first principles. We'll start at the very foundation and work up layer by layer, avoiding conflation of unnecessary information.
The bottom line is I will teach you how to grow taller and how to be (and look) healthier, and I'll make it very straightforward.
