About Julia
I decided to share my knowledge on the Superprof platform because I believe that education is extremely important for building a fairer society and is a way to free people. In addition, I have a lot of interest in the teaching career and a lot of desire to acquire even more experience with this platform.
Finally, I want to help children and young people to develop an interest in the area of languages.

Hello, my name is Julia and I offer Portuguese classes for english speakers who are interested in learning the language. I have experience with writing production and as a teacher (both were voluntary work and at a distance). Beside that, I study "Letras" at University of São Paulo, wich means my major is in Portuguese;
My teaching method is customized to fit the student's needs, but the basic model is an expository part (I explain the content with didactic support, such as books or slides) and then an interactive part (the student and I solve questions and exercises on the topic of the class). However, this may change according to the student's needs.
