About Wanjala
Iam Wanjala stephen a,Teacher trainee from Bomet University. Iam 21 yrs. Since my childhood i had admired to be a teacher and thats why I worked hard enough for me to attain the teaching grade.Although Idreamed of being a science subject teacher I ended up doing Arts subject of which have made me to like much on teaching.
While in primary school those days most of the parents were fighting especially my neighbors which made their children to be traumatized this issue became just like a norm to many families hence affecting the lear era ability in various fields and thats why I had also to join education guidance and counseling so that I can help in rescuing those young perishing souls

I arrange my lesson depending on the ability of the learner i have.Since different learners have different abilities in learning,I have to use different criteria for each of my learner to be able to understand what iam teaching .Sometimes when I attend in ny classes I let my learners to teach me on what we have been tackling previously so that I can be able to access their progress. Most of the times I give out assignments and tests that I have prepared my learner for or randomly making it easy for me to know the learners progress.
I also some times arrange extra sessions for those learners who need more help .
