Yukti ma'am is a rockstar teacher who I have kept in touch with after 14 years of finishing high school which is where I had the pleasure of being her student. She makes chemistry not just understandable but also exciting. I remember she paid equal attention to every student in the classroom, and not just the high merit students which are every teachers' darlings anyways. She is super approachable, patient and has a genuine care for her students' learning. She is also super thorough with practical aspects of the subject. I remember in her labs, we would note every facet of the chemical reactions in a very detailed manner - how to titrate precisely, noting down chemical colors and odors and what not. She definitely made Chemistry one of my favorite subjects to look forward to every day. I am happy to see that she continues to inspire the next generation of curious minds.
