About Ege
-I have been volunteering at Crossfit Boxes for 5 years.
-I am a gastronomy student at Özyeğin University. I will support you with delicious recipes as much as I can about cooking :)
-I want to give you a long-term fitness habit rather than just offering you a summer body. Therefore, we can get results within the scope of fully complying with the plan I said.

About the lesson

-We will advance the lessons "together" via Zoom and Whatsapp.
- Basically, we will get to know you first and talk about your goals and then we will prepare a 3-week program within the possibilities at home.
-I will plan the food plan and training program completely specific to your needs and goals.
-If I encounter a problem above my technical knowledge, I will first seek help from my own coaches and my own personal dietician.
