About GAURAV
My name is GAURAV GANDHI, I am a freelancer teaching yoga and body weight fitness training from past three years. By profession I am a mechanical engineer. I have been running a social club named yuva dharti sena as well. The motto of my life is to serve people happiness and all should stay healthy and keep mother earth clean. I am internationally certified in Yoga teacher training, science of ayurveda, yoga for muscle building, nutrition, advance nutrition and supplementation, advance personal trainer, gastronomy to health and strength and conditioning. I also give counselling session to people suffering from anxiety and depression.

The class goes for 50 minutes per session where you learn different things every day. Classes are held from Monday to Friday.One on one training session available. In personal private classes get customized nutrition plan and two counselling session per month. Air boxing, strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, personal training and pilate classes are available. According to one's personal choice, the classes are delivered. You get a wonderful environment in the class, guaranteed happiness delivered.
