During this experience I was responsible for-
Planning of instructed hours of Community Health Nursing and Nursing Education.
Preparing Course Plan, Unit Plan and lesson Plan of above mentioned subjects.
Preparing activities related to various health days through Panel Discussions, Seminar, Field Activities, Symposium.
Preparing Master Rotation Plan to sketch out yearly Accademic Sessional events.
Planning and conducting Community Field Visits of B.Sc. Nursing Students.
Preparing teaching material for Faculty Development Program.
Organizing National and State Workshops, Confrences and Seminar.
Counselling and Guidance to students nurses related to adjustment problems,learning problems and professional development.
Guided junior faculty for better planning of theory classes.
Management of Community Health Nursing lab.
Teaching Community Health procedures in lab, To develop confidence for field procedures among student nurses.
Evaluation of field procedures through procedure file preparation.
Guidance and Evaluation of various Teaching Methods among student nurses.
Guidance for preparation of Audio-Visual Aids required for teaching .
Preparation of Internal Assessment of as per INC and University criteria.
Teaching instructed theory hours of Nursing Research too.
