About Ivy
Armed with a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics and 9 years of tutoring experience, I guide IB and A-Level students to success in mathematics. My teaching style emphasizes conceptual clarity and logical understanding. Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics are areas of particular expertise. I introduce different problem-solving strategies to help students build adaptability. Past papers are a major tool in my lessons, offering realistic exam practice and exposure to question patterns. I work with students to analyze mistakes and refine techniques. My feedback is consistent, helping them track progress over time. I encourage active engagement and independent thinking during sessions. Mathematics is best learned by connecting theory with problem-solving practice.
