About Toby
I am a gigging jazz and session musician based in London.
I have a lot of experience performing jazz, horn sections, wedding bands and musical theatre pit work. This has given me a lot of experience playing music of many different styles. I have had the opportunity to play in venues such as Ronnie Scott's, the 606 club, Winchester nutshell jazz club, the Southampton modern jazz club as-well as many other great venues. I've been leading my own band and playing in other groups since I was 16.
I started studying classical clarinet at the age of 7 and have had the opportunity to perform in some amazing concert halls and even go on tour with an orchestra to Denmark and Sweden when I was 16! I now study undergraduate Jazz saxophone at the Royal Academy of Music and have the opportunity to study with the top musicians in the world.
