I teach traditional hatha yoga and meditation in ancient style with scientific approach.
I teach only whatever I have experienced.
My approach is spiritual, mental and physical.
For me yoga is a way for spiritual awakening.
I teach secret meditation techniques.
Yoga is not an excercise so be aware from those who are teaching like that.
Yoga is an ancient science of understanding of life at fullest.
If you are coming to me to learn yoga I will provide you the real essence of ancient yoga.
I also teach yoga and Indian philosophy in simplified way.
I have learnt kaivalyadham traditional yoga . And I teach that also.
My teaching is not same for every student, I teach whatever is needed for a particular student.
Yoga is my life, it's not different from me.
I am practicing yoga for 8 years.
