I am a family-oriented, hard-working man. I work as a school bus driver and in construction for my daily line of work. The martial arts has given me the discipline to get up and push myself. If you need motivation in your daily life, kungfu will help to keep you motivated.

I have been training in traditional kungfu for over 25 years, and have been a Black Sash Instructor for over 10 years now. I still train to this day under my Sifu as this is a lifelong journey and passion for me. I strive to teach my students in the same manner as I was taught, pushing past our physical ability to make our body, mind, and spirit strong and resilient.
