About Anju
I spent over 10 years in the corporate world in India and over a decade in freelancing and entrepreneurship, I have myself gone through the cycle of being a high achiever to questioning my purpose and then finding my answers through yoga and meditation.
Personally learning SKY Breath meditation and practicing it for over a decade, getting myself trained in Yogic practices for over a month in Rishikesh, India, exploring the nuances of energy management, I enjoy handholding my students to explore their strengths and to learn the Pranayama techniques to build their practice to attain harmony between body and mind.
Due to my own journey, I am able to understand the various challenges people go through and I align my teaching style according to that.

I love to teach beginners or who have never learned to meditate, but have always wanted to. I align my teaching to your level of understanding.
My sessions are a combination of understanding breath, emotions, techniques to regulate the breath, guided meditations, affirmations to power the subconscious mind and much more.
