About Anthony
I began my training career in high school training my friends in my dad's formulaic system called the 4 Corners. I've continued training in what was taught to me and with time have gained valuable experience and wisdom so that everything I have you do counts. I did 2 fitness competitions, taking 1st in one and 2nd in the other. I'm down to earth and show you that you can do this. With the right actions you're at least on the right path to progress instead of spinning your wheels. See you soon.
