The Power of Yoga – My Personal Journey
At 42 years old, people are often surprised when they meet me because my fitness, flexibility and overall appearance make me look much younger. I believe this comes from making Yoga a consistent part of my life for many years.
My journey with Yoga became even more meaningful after I suffered a major spinal injury in a bus accident. At that time, doctors advised me to consider surgery. I chose to work on my recovery through dedicated Yoga practice, under appropriate guidance, patience and discipline.
Over time, Yoga became an important part of my recovery and helped me rebuild my strength, flexibility, mobility and confidence. This personal experience showed me how powerful a consistent Yoga practice can be.
Today, after 12 years as a full-time Yoga Teacher, I want to share the knowledge and experience I have gained with others.
My goal is not simply to teach Yoga poses, but to help people develop a healthier body, a calmer mind and a sustainable lifestyle through regular practice.

I’m Ratan Anchan, a full-time professional Yoga Teacher with 12 years of experience. I offer personalized Yoga and Fitness sessions for all levels, focusing on flexibility, strength, mobility, posture, breathing, relaxation and overall wellness. I also provide a special program for working professionals designed around busy schedules to reduce stress, stiffness and improve fitness. Diploma in Yoga – QCI Level 2 and K11 Weight Training & Fitness certified.
