About Amanda
My name is Mandy and I have been in the holistic field for over 5 years now.
I have found so much of my own healing and betterment of my life through yoga, which inspired me to get certified to teach, and become a yoga therapist. I have taught in many different environments, all being very different from each other which has helped me find my style of teaching. It’s all about the client, and their goals. I am just here to help guide!
