I use a combination of talking therapy with somatic (body) work to guide you into the core of your emotions around specific situations or people. I empower you to begin to notice when you are reacting from your childhood triggers in the present day, and how to create a safe space for yourself in your adult body to cope with emotions which may feel overwhelming to your child self.
