About Sanika
I have been singing since i was 6 year old and
have been performing ever since.After getting
trained in indian classical, i got trained in
western music (jazz and pop) and successfully
cleared trinity grade 8. I have been selected for
various workshops conducted by berklee college
of music, USA.furthermore, i am taking vocal
training in opera under Russian conductor Mrs.
Nadzeda balyan.teaching music has changed
my perspective as a musician, i have learned
loved and even hated things, but i look forward
to great musical adventures yet to come!

For the first few classes i focus on basics such as
vocal projection, diction, pitch, rhythm etc. it is
very important to build a basic foundation
through which we can move further to scales and
other things.along with vocal exercises i give my
students some songs to test whether they are
able to incorporate the right technique or not.
