Hello Namaste beautiful people, this is Rajat, teacher of yoga. I have been sharing yoga knowledge for the last 5 years all around the world. I teach the traditional way of Hatha yoga with a combination of Iyengar practice, focusing more on body alignment, Pranayama, and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teaching. Although there are various styles of teaching, my class will take you into a deep experience of yoga, which is what is actually important. I cover all these subjects in my class: Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Therapeutic yoga, Shatkarma, and Yoga philosophy.

Purwhal's lessons are filled with his characteristic positivity, he keeps you smiling throughout the class. This, along with his yogic knowledge means you are guaranteed to leave his classes feeling happier and healthier. I always did!
Rajat was my first teacher of Asthanga Vinyasa. I never had before a contact with asthanga Vinyasa style, Rajat did that I love asthanga Vinyasa. He is the best teacher that I know , he is very profesional, vital, organize and right teacher. Thanks Rajat for coming asthanga in my life and discover inside to me the love for Asthanga Vinyasa ️
Because you're a good person
