I’ve always enjoyed breaking down complex computer concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. 3. Operating Systems: Windows fundamentals, file management, user accounts, and system settings.
4. Networking Basics: Introduction to LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, and basic security.
5. Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint essentials for school or work.
6. IT Support Training: Simulated helpdesk scenarios, ticketing systems, remote desktop tools.
