About Prakshita
I am a UGC NET-qualified Psychology postgraduate and counseling psychologist, and teaching is something I genuinely enjoy. I know that Psychology can sometimes feel heavy or confusing, so I try to make my classes feel calm, clear, and approachable.
Along with academic knowledge, I bring in real-life examples and a gentle, supportive way of teaching. My background in counseling helps me be patient and attentive, especially when students feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of themselves.

My approach as a teacher is calm, supportive, and concept-focused. I believe Psychology is best understood when it feels relatable rather than overwhelming. I focus on helping students actually understand concepts instead of memorizing them, using simple language and real-life examples.
I usually structure my classes in a clear and easy flow. We begin with a quick check-in or revision, followed by explanation of the topic step by step. I break down theories, studies, and key terms in a way that feels manageable, and I regularly pause to clear doubts. Towards the end, we revise important points and discuss how to apply them in exams or answers.
As a teacher, my special strength lies in patience and clarity. Being a counseling psychologist and UGC NET-qualified, I bring both academic depth and emotional sensitivity into the classroom. I understand that students learn at different paces, and I create a space where questions are always welcome and learning feels safe.
My classes are intended for 11–12th grade students, undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology students, as well as anyone who wants to build a strong conceptual foundation in Psychology with guidance and encouragement.

Prakshita has been a very welcoming person anytime she is needed. Her knowledge in current-day topics about the mental health is outstanding and applied on her previously given therapy. In theory it is a therapy, but at the moment you talk with her, you feel so free to express yourself like if having a morning chai with a good friend of years.
She doesn't categorize or tag you on a group of people, she takes everyone's opinion as unique and individual. That being said, she is adaptable to the person she is participating.
