About Ghania
Hello! I am Ghania, and I am here to help you learn with confidence ;) . I am a passionate Computer Science/Software Engineering student at the University of Sydney with over three years of tutoring experience in Math, English, Economics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science for O/A Level and high school students. I specialize in making complex ideas simple and enjoyable to understand. Whether you are preparing for exams, catching up in class, or exploring coding for the first time, I am here to guide you every step of the way. As a tutor, my teaching approach is student-focused, empathetic, and adaptive. I begin each session by assessing the learner's current understanding of the topic and identifying any gaps or misconceptions. I then tailor my teaching to match their learning pace and style, whether it is visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. I use a combination of real-life examples, interactive quizzes, digital whiteboards, and concept breakdowns to make lessons both engaging and easy to grasp.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, but I am flexible based on the student’s needs and attention span. I often begin with a quick review of the previous session, followed by the day’s core topic, and end with practice problems or discussion to reinforce learning.
I have over 4 years of experience tutoring O and A Level students in Computer Science, Mathematics, and English, both privately and through educational outreach initiatives. I also run an NGO, Umeed e Nau, where I teach underserved students digital literacy and STEM fundamentals through virtual sessions and customized learning material.
My lessons are designed for school and high school students (ages 10–18), particularly those preparing for O Levels/IGCSE, A Levels, or struggling with foundational concepts. I strive to build not only academic performance but also the learner’s confidence and curiosity.
