About Ehfaz
I am a undergraduate student studying economics at university. My intrigue for such academic field is tailored by my interests in Mathematics and international relations. These two fields in conjunction allows the development of social sciences such as economics. My fondness for international relations developed from me studying Cold War History in both GCSE and A-Level. It is important to study history as it helps us rectify issues of the contemporary era and prevent us from making mistakes that were committed in the past. History is a catalyst to increasing general knowledge and it is often exemplified in real life where such knowledge pertains solutions to real world obstacles. Maths also proved to be an academic field which is revolutionary and is almost always pertained to validating new theories and thus signifying its importance. This is what has made me inclined towards mathematics due to its relevancy to all aspects of life. Part of my work in mathematics has included using modelling to develop a conjecture on patterns and behaviour. This is a practice that is mass utilised across industries and is a universal skill which I intend to help students develop.

My lessons are an hour long for both Maths and Cold War History. In these lessons we will construct a solid foundation of content whilst emphasising and utilising practice in order to tailor you for the final exams. My lessons for Maths are best suited for those between 12-16 whilst my Cold War History lessons are those between 14-18. I have experience teaching both subjects in a professional environment and have frequently taught peers independent of teachers. I have received an A in both Maths and History through my teachers guidance and methodology which I intend to emulate In order to guarantee success for students who are now in a position that I was once in. I truly believe from a background of experience that I can aid students who are determined, courageous and intelligent in achieving their goals.
