About Oliver
Iam a musician who is currently in there first year at Southampton University studying music. I completed my grade 8 singing in 2021, and am currently working at diploma level studying works from Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Mendelssohn, Vaughan-Williams, and Buttworth.
I have sung in a variety of concerts at school and around the world in places such as Austria and Italy, singing in a variety of choirs, solos and duets.
Currently iam working on diploma works for piano, i have completed works for my grade 8 piano but due to covid was not able to take the exam. Iam studying works from Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin and Rachmaninoff. I have performed in many solo concerts performing works such as the Beethoven "Moonlight Sonata", Debussy "Clair de lune", Rachmaninoff Moment Musical No.5 in Db major, and Chopin "Raindrop" Prelude.
I received an 8 in my GCSE Music, and an A grade for my A level, which has granted me a place studying a BA in Music at the University of Southampton.

For A level and GCSE I will go through each set work and go into the detail required to learn all detail of the piece!!! For instrumental teaching depending what the student wants to study, I will go through works they want to learn, working on technique and playing it the best it can be !!
