My name is Leonard, and I bring with me over 40 years of experience in fitness, boxing, bodybuilding, and nutrition guidance. Over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping people of all ages and fitness levels build strength, improve their health, and achieve lasting results. I specialise in: Fitness training tailored to your personal goals Boxing techniques to build discipline, confidence, and endurance Bodybuilding programmes for muscle growth and strength Nutrition and food advice to support a healthy lifestyle I now offer online classes, giving you the flexibility to train from anywhere while still receiving expert coaching, motivation, and support. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, sharpen your boxing skills, or simply feel healthier and stronger, I will design a plan that works for you.
