About Grace
I am a passionate educator who believes learning should do more than help students pass exams — it should develop confidence, curiosity, and independent thinking.
I particularly value critical thinking and helping students explore different worldviews, ask questions, and engage deeply with the world around them. I also have a strong passion for cross-curricular learning, especially linking areas such as sustainability, art, history and RE.
My aim is to help students become well-rounded learners who not only achieve academically, but also grow into thoughtful, informed, and capable individuals who never stop questioning and exploring the world around them.

I take a supportive and student-centred approach to tutoring, adapting each lesson to the learner’s needs, confidence, and goals. I break down difficult topics into clear steps and create a calm environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
My lessons are interactive and engaging, using worked examples, guided practice, revision strategies, and exam-style questions where needed. I aim to build both understanding and confidence.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, though shorter or longer sessions can be arranged.
I have 2 years of experience teaching at Secondary level and I am also an AQA examiner, giving me strong insight into exam requirements and marking criteria.
My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and GCSE students who want to improve grades, confidence, or prepare for exams.
