I have been teaching piano and keyboard for the last 2 years. I do individual lessons as well as group lessons. My job usually involves:

I teach students of all ages and levels, with different teaching approach tailored to individual needs, from beginners to diploma/conservatoire level. My students have ranged from 6 to 30 years of age. I also teach music theory, harmony, jazz piano and improvisation. My job usually involves:
- Acquiring appropriate teaching materials and resources
- Presenting lessons clearly by using language appropriate to the age of the pupils
- Teaching aural skills and practical techniques
- Motivating pupils and encouraging progress
- Assessing pupils’ abilities and providing feedback
