About Sonel
I am a vinyasa yoga instructor. I have a passion for inspiring people and getting bodies moving with breath and yoga. I do Thai massage as well as meditation. I completed my 200 hour teacher training course through Hotpod Yoga Pretoria.

I teach people in a holistic way how to deal with life and everything it can throw at you. That includes meditation, yoga, breath work and Thai massage. I believe that moving the body and focusing on breathing correctly has so many benefits that can help with stress, insomnia, fatigue, injuries etc.
