About Julia
I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga and teaching with an authentic and fun approach. I teach Vinyasa Yoga and in my classes I like to focus on strength and stretching, pranayama and meditation. I was a fitness instructor before , sometimes my clients like to have mix of yoga+fitness. Also, I am a functional Medicine Nutrition Coach.
I love everything about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and I would like to share this with people. I promise you that you will get exactly what you need and want from my class!
