About Medha
With my foundational training as a Carnatic vocalist, I have over 20 years of vocal music experience and am highly familiar with a large array of musical genres such as pop, rock, jazz, musical theatre, r&b, and many more. Having the opportunity to teach musicians of all ages is something that brings me great joy, and I feel truly grateful to have the opportunity to be able to pay it forward the same way my mentors did for me. I graduated from Berklee College of Music as a vocal principal with a degree in Music Business & Management and a minor in Recording & Production. I am based in Orange County, California and work as a singer-songwriter, vocal coach, and A&R. I have performed with some of the biggest names in music, and also performed on a Grammy-nominated album as a vocalist. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, reading, writing, going on long walks in the sun, and singing along to my favorite musicals in the car.

Whether you're preparing for an audition, performing onstage in front of a large audience, singing karaoke with your friends, or simply singing just for yourself, we will spend a great deal of time together harnessing your vocal skills, from practicing warm ups, learning about the importance of vocal health, and mastering vocal technique so you can effortlessly sing all your favorite songs by all your favorite artists!
It is never too late to do what you love, and all ages are welcome! I'm really looking forward to coaching you very soon, happy singing!
