About Ivy
With 6 years of experience teaching singing, I specialise in helping students from school to college achieve a balanced, confident, and expressive voice. My approach is holistic, blending technical vocal training—breath control, pitch, tone, and range—with creative exercises like song interpretation, improvisation, and performance practice.
I focus on nurturing each student’s unique style while building their confidence and stage presence. Lessons are interactive and fun, tailored to meet individual goals, whether performing in school events, competitions, or simply enjoying singing for personal fulfilment.
My goal is to inspire students to explore their musical potential, develop technical mastery, and cultivate a lifelong love for singing.

My Singing teaching methodology focuses on vocal growth, creativity, and responsible learning habits. Communication plays an important role in my lessons. I provide clear explanations and constructive feedback so students understand how to improve their voice step by step. Lessons are interactive and adjusted to suit individual learning styles.
Creativity helps students enjoy the learning process. I include creative exercises, vocal exploration, and expressive singing activities that allow students to connect emotionally with songs. This approach helps learners develop confidence and a natural singing style.
Cultural sensitivity is always respected in my teaching. I welcome students from different backgrounds and encourage the use of songs from various musical traditions. This inclusive approach helps students feel valued while improving pronunciation, expression, and musical understanding.
Accountability is built through goal setting, regular practice routines, and progress monitoring. I help students stay focused and disciplined in their learning journey. In addition to Singing, I teach supporting subjects such as breathing techniques, rhythm training, music theory basics, and stage presence to support overall musical growth.
